During his three-year tenure as a Navy SEAL Instructor, Dr. Joe LaCaze became intensely interested in how to get more out of the body than most believed possible. Since his retirement from the US Navy in 1992, his passion has been the study of the human body and a relentless pursuit of how to repair it when hurt, but also to find ways to make the body move more efficiently and powerfully.
Dr. LaCaze has performed thousands of comprehensive athletic assessments over the years and designed an effective prevention, correction, and performance program for patients and clients. ROTEXMotion is the product of learning from working with thousands of people and finding that the overwhelming majority of them had the same basic problems with their bodies. The entire ROTEXMotion program was specifically designed to correct those issues.
He specializes in a variety of areas and has many credentials that qualify him to provide effective exercise programs.
