Our 90 Day Money Back: If you are not satisfied with the function of your ROTEXMotion products for any reason, we offer a full return policy, no questions asked. We also pay for return shipping to anywhere within the Continental United States.

Exceptions to returns with the 1 Year Warranty:

We are not able to provide refunds, exchanges, or replacements in the following cases:

1. If the red disc on the Floor Model pops off. We have done extensive testing, plus have 16 years of experience with ROTEXMotion. The only way a disc can pop off is for it to be dropped directly on its side or from a considerable height. Although this may happen by accident, we do not accept the responsibility.
2. If the Handheld or Floor Model has slight imperfections that do not affect the function of the machine. We build the best product possible for the price, taking function and safety into account. The inside of each of our products is over built with safety in mind for weight considerations.
3. Stressing the ROTEXMotion machines past their intended limits. ROTEXMotion was invented 16 years ago to improve Mobility and Stability for all joints of the body. Using it to simulate high speed, high force movements, such as golf, baseball, tennis swings, etc. may cause stress too great for the machines, over time. This can cause damage to the internal workings of the machines.
