Exercise Recommendations

The basic ROTEXMotion exercises are numbered the same across all platforms (1–27). A frequent question is: “Which exercises give me the most benefit in the shortest time?”

Even for elite athletes, I recommend starting with these exercises once in the morning and once in the evening to maintain balance, mobility, stability, activation, and recovery:

  • Exercises #7, #2, #6, #17, and #22
  • Perform one repetition and one set per session — that’s enough.

For LAS users, master the standing exercises on YouTube, and the bench exercises if you’ve purchased the bench. You can contact the builder at lacazemike@gmail.com ($450 USD with free shipping).
